Sampling inspection of incoming materials, post self-inspection, patrol inspection, pre-production first sample, 100% lighting test of SMD light board after reflow soldering, 100% lighting test in high and low voltage test link; aging test It is also 100% tested, that is, all assembled products must undergo 4-6 hours of aging test. If it is a new product, the aging test time will be extended to 24-48 hours; in the packaging process, in order to ensure power, model, color temperature In keeping with the order, there will also be a 100% test.
There are strict partitions for raw material storage, incoming area, pending inspection area, return area, etc. The use of raw materials strictly follows the principle of "first in, first out".
The electronic material storage environment has strict requirements on the ambient temperature and humidity.
All finished products are shipped with tracking marks. When defective products occur, the source of raw materials of the batch and the data of finished products in different testing processes can be quickly traced.
